To use this form to provide us with membership dues, simply put the amount of the appropriate membership in the donation box ($10.00 for Basic, $25.00 for Full, $50.00 for Sustaining, or $100.00 for Patron) and type "Membership" in the box titled "Designation".
You can also use the "Recurring Donation" function to break your contribution into monthly or quarterly payments, as well as to designate that your annual dues be paid automatically.
